testes again

dear dr dan!!! i want to ask you one question- what can be the thing that i will explain now - a swelling gush near the right testicule... it is feeling like gush that connected to something what it can be.... i really dont know........varicocele.....infection........cancer.......... what can be all the possobilities because i really dont know what to say anymore...... till now i dont really know what i have........ two months!!!! please help me by explaining me what possobilities it may be thank you avi
