mouth sores

Hi doctor,you can answer me in ivrit. My question is that every few months i get alot of mouth sores that are very painful along with a swelling of the inside of the mouth and a kind of lined appearence,when i go to the doctor he says,oh well you have bitten yourself,which i tell him isn`t true,anyway it usually happens when i am under stress or very tired,what could be causing this and how can i treat it? Thankyou
