תוצאות בדיקת פתלוגיה

שלום, אני בת 52. הייתי במעקב במשך 6 שנים אחרי ציסטה צלולה בשחלה שמאל. בבדיקה לפני כמה חודשים נראתה ציסטה בת. עברתי כריתת שחלות וחצוצרות (בלי רחם). לפני הניתוח עשיתי CT בטן ואגן והכל יצא תקין. מרקרים תקינים לפני הניתוח. זהו תוצאות הפתלוגיה: Right adnexa: The ovary is benign. There is no evidence of malignancy in this adnexa whose features are essentially normal. Left adnexa: The left fallopian tube is congested, but uninflamed, having a patent, open lumen. The left ovary has a peripheral "rim" of preserved, normal ovarian stroma that includes corpora albicantes. The external surface of the ovary is normal. The cystic lesion within the ovary has a lining by tall, columnar, mucous secreting cells, that are single and non-stratified in most areas. There are however several small foci where these columnar cells are stratified, up to 4 cell layers thick, and in these foci, the cells are more hyperchromatic. Evidence of destructive stromal invasion is absent. Conclusion: left adnexa showing: Normal fallopian tube Mucinous cystic tumor of ovary having: Most areas have features of a mucinous cystadenoma- Several small foci have features of mucinous cystic neoplasm of borderline malignancy- Cytology: NO inflammatory cells, epithelial cells or malignant cells are identified. אשמח לקבל חוות דעת עד כמה זה מסוכן.
