scleoric point on ilium

Dear Dr. I am an English speaker AND therefore have to write this to you in my mother tongue. You may reply in Hebrew. My husband recently had a CT Scan after a bout of diverticulitis in Hospital AND a sclerotic point was noticed on the ilium. Next week he will be having a bone scan. As I am dreadfully worried I would just like to know whether this is a definite indication of something more sinister such as a bone tumour G-d forbid. The last few months he has been complaining of pain in his left foot although the sclerotic point is on the right side of the ilium. Please reply a.s.a.p Thanks Corinne.

Dear Doctor, What does it indicate when you wake up suddenly one morning AND you can't move! What they call in Hebrew - gav tafus! Can this happen in a young person too- in their 20'S? It happened to my daughter this a.m. AND a doctor came to see her AND gave her an injection. Is it common AND does it require further investigation? Thanks!
