בן 24. בדר"כ בריא. עשיתי בדיקת אקו לב במאמץ אחרי ששנה לא עשיתי ספורט ומתעייף מהר ודופק גבוה אחרי פעילות קצרה. echocardiographic reasults: lveDd -53.00 ED posterior wall thickness- 10.00 ED interventricular septum thickness- 11.00 LA end diastolic diameter- 30.00 AO root diameter- 27.00 Ascending aorta diameter- 25.00 Estimated LVEF 60.00- Wall Motion- הכל בגדר הנורמה. summary- no evidence of left ventricular hypertrophy. normal LV chamber size. normal LV systolic function. normal left atrium size. normal mitral valve appearance. minimal mitral regurgitation. normal aortic root diameter. thickened aortic valve. no evidence of aortic regurgitation. normal right ventricle size. normal appearance of tricuspid valve. no evidence of pericardial effusion. Exercise: balke protocol 15 mets, 08.:55 min, peak heart rate 180- 91% of age predicted heart rate, peak BP 170/90 no chest pain, non specific ST changes LVEF 65% with exercise with no wall motion abnormalities. בדיקה קשה טכנית.
