תופאות לוואי אחרי פגיעת ראש

שלום, אני עברתי חבלה בראש אחרי נפילה מסוס דוהר. האירוע התרחש במצריים ששם גם טופלתי ונותחתי. להלן הסיכום הרפואי שקיבלתי במועד השיחרור שלי מבית החולים. אודה מאוד אם תוכל לענות אל מספר שאלות בהקשר לפגיעה ולתופאות הלוואי שמהם אני סובלת. Upon initial evaluation she was found to be vitally stable with two occipital small scalp wounds AND right Racoon’s eye. Otherwise, no external injuries were noted her Glasgow Coma score was 13/15, both pupils were round, regular AND reactive equally bilaterally; no neurological deficits OR lateralizing signs could otherwise be detected. All X-Ray examinations of cervivcal, dorsolumbal spine chest AND pelvis as well as abdomino-pelvic ultrasonography AND CT of the cervical spine revealed no post-traumatic pathologies. A CT brain was done AND revealed a fissure fracture of the right orbital roof with a small right frontal extradural hematoma as well as a posterior fossa fractura base that extended to involve the foramen magnum. All energrncy labs were within normal ranges. The patient was admitted to ICU AND close observation of her conscious level AND vitals was undertaken AND follow-up CT brain was ordered AND revealed a right sided posterior fossa extradural hematoma wich spanned the whole vertical extant of the posterior fossa AND measured 3.9x1.6 cm in it’s lateral AND AP diameters respectively. Furthermore, a left frontal hemorrhagic contusion was also found. An emergency operative evacuation of the hematoma was decided AND preformed with patient in probe (Concorde) position with head fixed in Mayfield’s Head Fixation device. Right-sided straight suboccipital scalp incision AND right posterior fossa craniectomy. Postoperatively the patient was fully conscious AND having no neurological deficits except for anosmia which has been noted by the patient. During ICU stay her medications consisted of I.V fluids, third generation cephalosporin, metronidazole AND phenytoin. Two days later, she was transferred ti a normal room where she was ambulatory on normal diet. A follow-up CT brain was done AND revealed almost total evacuation of the posterior fossa hematoma AND resolving frontal extradural hematoma AND hemorrhagic contusion.

הניתוח נעשה ב 28/11/2007 מאז אני לא מבחינה בריחות. האם זהו מצב זמני שישתפר אם הזמן או שמדובר בנזק קבוע? אין לי תחושה באזור הסמוך לאתר הניתוח. האם יש סיכוי שהתחושה תחזור לאחר זמן מה?
