אירוע מוחי בגיל צעיר הוא נדיר מאוד אבל לצערנו קיים והגורמים השכיחים שונים מאשר בגיל המבוגר וקשורים בדרך כלל בבעיות התקרשות בכלי הדם או בהווצרות תסחיפים . הטיפול השכיח כאשר מגלים בעיות כאלו הוא בתרופות המונעות הווצרות קרישים כגון אנוקספרין שהוא סוג חדש יותר של הפרין התרופה המקובלת למטרה זו במתן בזריקה , בדומה לקומדין הניתן באופן אורלי. למעשה זו אותה הפעולה וההבדל הוא רק לגבי האופן שבו התרופה מגיעה למחזור הדם. לצערנו גם לאחר מתן הטיפול לא תמיד מובטחת הצלחה ולעיתים קורה אירוע חדש.

are back Help for Stroke survivors OR other disabled people on CD Can I help some one? My name is Don Daniel. From Potts Point Sydney, Australia. I am a retired computer programmer. My e-mail is [email protected] A good friend of my parents had a stroke AND on seeing his frustration in communicating, I have developed a speech multimedia program that lets stroke survivors AND other disabled people communicate with ease – via the use of any computer (Windows 95+). All that is required is a sound card. A speaker AND CD drive No previous computer knowledge is necessary. The program generates a human voice when touching a picture on the screen. It will ease the frustration of communication. All that is required is to point a finger OR move the mouse to a picture on the screen (a head AND eye pointer can also be used) AND the image will be vocalized. There is no need to press buttons OR keystrokes. The screen (monitor) can be located in any convenient location, it can be mounted anywhere AND any position that is accessible. 250 screens, 3700 pictures with verbal captions plus some special Games for the handicapped. The program AND my services are free. However the there is a cost involved in the production (copying /shipping /licensing) of the CD. Why not get a live CD; it will only cost you $10-00. The program will run free for 3 month. If you feel that it is of use to the patient AND you want to keep it, there will be a one of registration payment of $160-. I will send you periodic updates to you as the time passes. For many patients, speech therapy AND flash cards are an integral part of recovery AND according to some doctors; this type of therapy can greatly improve speech during the recovery process. In this age of managed care therapists generally have limited time AND resources to work with patients. (And quite often patients have limited financial resources). It’s easy to use AND very user friendly AND entertaining. This program will enhance any recovery process.
