כאבים חדים ואיומים מתחת לפיקה ברך ימין

Hi For 8 Months now I am having a very pointed pain in my right knee, right beneath the upper end of my knee cap. Every time I lift/straightening my leg I feel the a very pointed and terrible pain which does not allow me to go on :( I do not feel the pain when I am jogging. The reason for this pain is a squat session in the gym of too much weight I think. Near the end of the exercise I positioned myself to another sitting position with the pole over my shoulders and felt the most pointed pain I ever felt on an inner organ. =) It felt like something is tearing inside. Now, 8 months later, the condition of my knee is the same as it was - no improvement what so ever. Anyhow, I've done my 15+ physiotherapist sessions (UltrasoundS + short waves treatment) and did an Ultrasound scan + X-ray but they did not find anything underneath my kneecap. Few weeks ago I went for an MRI test. I browsed the results when I got home and found some bright white color exactly where it hurts!, Tomorrow I am going to see the Doctor (One that is well known for his knowledge in legs joints) and I have a sense that he is going to tell me (again..) that I "have nothing.." and he does not know what to do next (surgery? please no..no I beg you!). I was thinking maybe to upload some of the MRI pics and maybe could get a better and professional opinion on these. I really hope he doesn't go give up on me tomorrow... Let me know if you see anything in my knee that might look suspicious...
