שאלה בנוגע לתוצאות בדיקה

שלום ד"ר דיקמן, שבוע שעבר ביצעתי בדיקה לבדיקת אבנים בכיס מרה. הבנתי שאין אבנים אבל התוצאה לא ברורה לי. תהיה מוכן בבקשה להסביר? תודה רבה The liver was unremarkable in echogenicity, structure and size. The gallbladder is free of stones. The bile ducts were not dilated. The pancreas and the spleen are not enlarged and have a regular structure. The aorta is located in the median without any overlays or dilatation. Both kidneys of equal size, too well demarcated against the surrounding area. The right kidney only partially visible with marked meteorism. The parenchyma inconspicuously structured, the calyces not dilated. The urinary bladder well filled with smooth wall without evidence of pathological content. Uterus not enlarged, showing regular structure. Both adnexa are unremarkable. Result: Pronounced meteoristic abdomen. The right kidney is only partially insonatable in spite of the redistribution. Otherwise, regular sonographic abdominal findings without evidence of recent events, as far as methodically detectable. גרסה מקורית (באם יש טעות בתרגום) Die Leber in Echogenität, Struktur und Größe unauffällig. Die Gallenblase steinfrei. Die Gallengänge nicht ausgeweitet. Das Pankreas sowie die Milz nicht vergrößert, regelrecht strukturiert. Die Aorta liegt in der Medianen ohne Auflagerungen oder Ausweitungen. Beide Nieren gleich groß, gegen die Umgebung zu gut abgegrenzt. Die rechte Niere nur partiell einsehbar bei ausgeprägtem Meteorismus. Das Parenchym unauffällig strukturiert, die Kelchsysteme nicht ausgeweitet. Die Harnblase gut aufgefüllt mit glatter Wand ohne Hinweis für pathologischen Inhalt. Der Uterus nicht vergrößert, zeigt eine regelrechte Struktur. Beide Adnexe unauffällig. Ergebnis: Ausgeprägt meteoristisches Abdomen. Die rechte Niere trotz Umlagerungen nur partiell einschallbar. Im Übrigen regelrechter sonographischer Abdominalbefund ohne Nachweis eines rezenten Geschehens, soweit methodisch fassbar.
