herpes-Please Help

I have been tested positive for Herpes by blood test. HSV 1 & 2. For the past 10 months I have experienced constant pain and burning (between the inner lips of vagina) that also accompny very tiny red lesions. They look like tiny bumps and not blisters. The area was cultured for herpes and came back negative 3 times. I tried taking acyclovir for 30 days but only had a few "good/normal" days. I have been on valtrax for about a week so far , taking 500mg once a day. That isn't helping me either. Is this normal??? Am I having back to back outbreaks???? Could it be something else???? Any thought would be greatly appreciated. (Hebrew response is ok too)

After being in acyclovir for about 30 days (400 mg x2), I am currently on Valtrax (500m once a day). It has been over a week and i dont feel any better. Is this normal? Could it be something else? Why is my body not reacting to the medicine? The only thing that helps a little is some pain killers (Tylenol, if you're familiar) Thanks again for your help!!!
