Infertility

(We live in USA about a year (a work's mission I try to get pregnant for 14 months. Two months ago I did H.S.G X-ray test The result show that one fallopian tube is totally blocked and the other one is diagnosed as partly blocked Currently I don't know what is the reason for the blockage, or maybe it isn't blocked at all (maybe there were muscles cramps during the test) I still consider doing Laparoscopy surgery or go straight to IVF I have two questions regarding this 1. If I suffer from endometriosis/adhesions, is there any possibility that these will affect the success of IVF? (or there is need any treatment before the IVF). 2.
