Adjacent lymphohistiocytic infiltrate present. Surgical margin present in sections are free, side surgical margin - by 0.8 mm and more, and in part cannot be assessed due to poor orientation of tissue in blocks. Level sections and immunostains for SOX10 and MART1 support diagnosis.
