פענוח תוצאות ביופסיה

שלום, אשמח לעזרה בפענוח תוצאות ביופסיה לנקודת חן שהוצאתי לפני כחודשיים. Compound melanocytic tumor showing confluent junctional large nests of spindle Melanocytes with mild atypical, associated with melanophages. Few rare mitoses are seen. The tumor is symmetric, associated with epidermal hyperkeratosis and acanthosis, is well circumscribed. The lateral margins shows architectural maturation at the base and extends along the hair follicles. Tumor cells are positive for MART1, HMB45, P16 (no loss) and are negative for PRAME and B-RAF. Ki67 stains few cell also at the base. The tumor is consistent with Spitz/pigmented spindle cell nexus, 1 mm from lateral margin. Re-excision is advised.
