Dietary involvement in hypothyroidism

Dear Dr.Zadik. I wonder if there is any known recommended dietary regime in Israel, which might completely/partially/alternatively replace exogenous thyroxin administration. Thanks a lot. Nurit.

Dietary involvement can not replace trearment in an exact way because even if you find a natural medication it is not calibrated as a medication in a pill ferum sulfuricum and soy may interfere with absorption of thyroid medications
