שלום, בין 68 ביצעתי mri בעקבות כאבי ראש מתמשכים. אשמח להסבר הפענוח MRI BRAIN WITHOUT AND WITH CONTRAST .HISTORY: Headache .2014 COMPARISON: MRI from :FINDINGS .Sulci, ventricles and cisterns are within normal limits T2/FLAIR hyperintensities are again seen in the periventricular and subcortical white matter, has worsened compared to previous MRI from 2014. These are nonspecific, however commonly seen in the setting of .chronic small vessel ischemic disease .No mass, hemorrhage or recent infarct is detected DVA is again noted in the right parietotemporal region. Otherwise no abnormal parenchymal or meningeal .enhancement .Major flow voids are unremarkable .S/p bilateral lens replacement. Otherwise orbits are unremarkable .Paranasal sinuses and mastoids are clear .No focal skull lesion is detected :IMPRESSION Signal changes in the white matter suggestive of chronic small vessel ischemic disease - progressed .compared to previous MRI from 2014.
