נכתב מחו"ל לפני שבוע הרמתי משהו כבד והרגשתי כאב חד בגב לאחר יומיים שהכאב היה חזק פניתי לרופא ששלח אותי ל mri זה התשובה שקבלתי אודה על תשובתך לעניין חומרת העניין ומה אתה יכול להמליץ כרגע כאבים בעיקר בעמידה ולעיתים לחץץ Multiplanar, multisequential imaging of the lumbar spine performed without contrast No prior studies available for comparison Findings: The vertebral bodies are normal in height without collapse. There is loss of disa signal at L5-S1 The conus is normal in position and signal At L1-2, there is no focal disc herniation or significant stenosis At. 12-3, there is a small left foraminal disc herniation without contact with the exiting nerve root At L3-4, there is a disc bulge flattening the ventral thecal sac contact with the exiting nerve root At L4-5, there is a disc bulge and facet hypertrophy with mild to along with small bilateral foraminal disc herniation without moderate foraminal narrowing, left greater than right At L5-S1, there is a disc bulge with superimposed moderate central disc herniation impinging upon the ventral thecal sac. There is moderate right and mild left foraminal narrowing No paraspinal masses are identified IMPRESSION し2-3: Small left foraminal disc herniation without definite contact with the exiting nerve root. L3-4: Disc bulge flattens the ventral thecal sac.
