4 month old baby AND weight....

my baby is 4 month half , 62 cm AND weight 7.100kl. the nurse told me its to much.... im breasfeeding AND im iving her formula from time to time.... her weight when she was burn as 3.580kl.... she doesnt look that fat,,,, is it 2 much for her age? what can i do?
