Kissing Disease

my daughter, 17 years old, was diagsoned with Mononuclosis when she was in NYC two weeks ago. The doctors released her from the hosptial after a day, instructing her of two weeks of rest. She is back home in Israel resting. Do I need to test her for liver function or any other blood tests??? does she need any speacail diet?? are there any other restrictions besides rest - -would like some more information regarding her care after the inital disagnosis. thanks, Odi
