herpes

dear dr efi i m , traveling .. and almost a month ago i been checked by a dotor in equdor and i told me i have herpes on my penes and testucals he told me it will took 10 days till it will vanished with madicasion but till tha n i mtaking madication and still have rash and even new ones i had been taken till now accivilor and took 4 3 days also some peals what should i do .. i m coming back home in aweek from now and the medical tritment here is very expensive ...should i wait thanks 4 your answer yours truly avi
