austeomyelitis plus plasma cells

my dughter had been suffering from terrible pain on her clavicula for the past 3 AND a half year so far she had been examined by the family doctor. a reumatologyst, AND finally she had a biopsy which found a consistency with astomyelitis AND also plasma cells in her bone the problem is no one has so far given her any medical treatment most of the doctors find her case very intriging because of her young age (she is 29) so far she had been very brave but lately the pain is so hard that she is on the verge of breaking down my question is is there no treatment to the situation i find it very hard to believe that a patient should go on suffering for so long withoudt taking anything to ease the pain OR treat the place. you can answer in hebrew the only reason i wrote you in english is because my computer went funny. thank you very much
