Most of the tissue shows complete fibrous tissue, some tubules shows Sertoli cells only within the tubules and some tubules show unremarkable tubules with complete spermatogenesis .The epididymis, rete testis and spermatic cord show normal morphology No evidence of malignancy החולה זקוק להמשך מעקב אורולוגי בקופיים.
