תוצאות קוניזציה

עשיתי קוניזציה וקבלתי תשובות אך אין מי שיסביר לי אותן אשמח לקבל אבחנה: high grade squamous intraepithelial lesion, cin-2 0.4 cm in maximal length/ involving superficial epithelium, seen in 5 of 12 section, present focally less than 0.1 cm from one of the cauterized resection margins. no stromal invasion seen. ki-67 immunostain performed. negative hpv immunotain. cervix.....: focus of cin 1-2, up to 0.4 cm, seen in on of 12 section (4/1). resection margin is free. ki-67 immunostain performed. rervix...: tiny fragments of proliferation endometrium and strips of endocervical columnar epithelium. the case was presented at the intradepartntal conference. תודה רבה
