spontanic pneumothorax and sky diving

Shalom Dr. Melamed,my son suffered from 2 cases of spontanic pneumothorax about 5 years ago, while in military service, he was discharged from the army after the second case.He is now 23 years old and is on tiyul in South Africa.Do you think it is dangerous to sky - dive Thanks in advance for your professional opinion.
Spontaneous pneumothorax, if it is really spontaneous, means that there was no good explanation to the event, therefore the pneumothorax started because of a week point it the lung parenchyma. If this is the case I would not recommend to sky dive and obviously it is absolutely forbidden to dive in this situation.
