microscopic examination sections show the presence of two cervvix uteri biopsy fragments with benign endocervical mucosa. mucous secreting andocervical glands and a chronically inflamed strome. one of the gragments is partially covered by mildly acanthotic. but otherwise benign ectocerbical squamous epithelium. clear koilocytic features are absent. clear evidence of dysplasia is absent. there is no evidence of malignancy. conclusin: benign cervix uteri fragments with chronic cervicitis but no clear evidence of koilocytosis and dysplasia.
