Dry at the day wet during the night

Hello, My 45 months old girl is dry during the day though wet every night. She becomes wet mostly at the first part of the night (9-11pm) We tried to pass the ownership AND responsibility to her but she just do not feel it when she wets the bed AND therefore it is useless. We respond calmly to her being wet. We give her to clean herself AND put on a new set of pijamas. She goes back to sleep AND mostly wakes up wet again in the morning. What can we do? To Michal, At the age of almost 4 years bed wetting is not yet considered a medical problem Most of the children at this age sleep very deeply AND have problems with arousal At this age it is recommended to use pull-ups to prevent wetting the bed It is also advisable to decrease the amount of fluid intake before going to sleep At the age of 5 it is recommended to start treatment Professor Pomeranz
