We have repeatedly done full blood count,evry other parameter is normal bt 4 d creatinine n urea which is 150 n 11 respectively n d doc says its nt stable as dey increase n decrease after valve ablation has bin done n he is still on catheter. During ablation hynea was discovered n removed. He feeds very well n he is very stable. what shuld we do next?
I have not quite understiood the data you supply/ And also what was removed during valve ablation Anyway it is recommeded to repeat rernal ultrasound and blood tests for renal function and to follow closely these parameters aliong with kid's growth- weight and heightn which are most important Also it would be most important to watch carefully for urinary tract infections Again teh parameters of creatinine and urea- units should be supplied to be able to evaluate them And also maybe make sure to check electrolytes : sodium potassium calcium and phosphorus and bicarbonate in venous blood
