Hello, I am new here. I am 34 AND I am overweight. Just started to go to the Gym. I am doing 5 min on the row, than 20 min crosstrainer. AND ten min walking AND weights AND tummy workout. do you think it is a good plan to loose weight. I do that for three weeks three times a week AND still no change. also another Q: i see people in the gym sweat a lot, they do what i do AND they all wet AND I hardly sweat. Does it mean that if I sweat less i loose less calories? is it physiological? because I feel i work hard. Thanks

Shalom Shira, To loose weight you need to be in a program that the intake calories are less. To do so you need also nutrition program. Three weeks is not enough time. Other than that the program is good. My recommendation is to start with walking instead rowing. Good luck Uri
