hello i'm trainnigfor 2 years all ready on day 1&3 chast sholder AND front hend on day 2&4 back legs AND back hand i do 3 exsersis for each eace exsersise 3*15 my quastin is what better haier whiget were i canot finish 15 on the last set or loer whigt were i can for example bench fress wite 50kg 15,14,9 or 45kg 15,15,15 thanks allot for yuor time (i can read hebrow jast canot rite )

mainly my goal is bild massele stamina AND chape (not pump up this is whay 15*3 but when15*3 is to easy AND i put more whigtis it better to go as much as i can do 15 on the first set evean if i wont be able to do 15 on the last one OR stick to louer whigt when i will be able to do 15 on the last one but it to easy to do 15 on the first buy the whay my breack is 30 secend if it make any difrent thank u yotam
