hi yaron i'm 28 1.63 58 kg i'm doing 2-3 times spinning a week or insted 2 times and one time thai box in a month i lost 1 kg and it's very hard to lose more i'm eating healthy, not to much -but no diet should i change the exersice? mabe walking or running? i simply love spinning and i bored the other things...
you should stay with spinning since you have to do it for lifetime. you may be increasing muscle mass, therefore your weight remains constant. any way you should use circumference as a criterion, not weight
