Hello Sir Yaron! what do you recommend me to take after working out in the Gym: Whey protein or Creatine and what are the different between them with relation to muscles gaining. Thanks, Eyal
after workout - protein (whey, egg protein is a muscle building substance, while creatine supplies energy to fast twitch muscle fibers - therefore should be consumed before workout. basicaly I do not recommend food supplements excluding vitamines and trace elements.
