small red dots

Hi I’m not in the country at the moment so I have to do it in English since I don’t have a Hebrew keyboard. For the last few months some small red dots appeared on my skin especially in the hands, face and back, they are very small, some of then are very red some of them less. As I said before I’m out of the country so it's hard for me to see a Doctor. Can you please let me know if I should be rushing home as quickly as possible or it can wait for the next few weeks??
