at night, i hear noise!

hello Doctor. really..i had went to the doctor many times on this issue. its that at night i hear a noise similar to the telephone tone! but a lower. i went to the doctor ans told me that your ear is O.K..and maybe something i there!!. i got afraid....please help me, where to go, what to do?.

Hi Nader hearing noises especially at night might be a problem of the inner ear. in order to prove it or roul it out you must make a comprehensive hearing test. and a thorough head-and -neck examination. sometimes hearing noises at night might come from emotional stress and anxiety, if this is the case, psychological consultation is reccomended, in this case there are very good solution to this problem I reccomend that you'll visit your ENT doctor and tell him about your complaint good luck.
