my son is 2.8 years old, lately he has started to stutter (gimgum) my question is: 1.should i start panacing ? 2. is it normal in this age? 3. could it happen due to the fact that we have stoped with the dippers?

At this early age we usually refer to a developmental phase in language aquisition, it means the child needs some time to organize his sentences and expresions. give him time and be patient, a child's languge is not like grown up's language. this is a new skill and the more words he has the more organized he needs to be, so just let him speak, be patient and talk to him clearly and at a normal, slow, speed to allow him to learn how to orgaize his new skill. If you feel he is getting bothered by this (not usual at this age) or yuo are too worried either wait for a few weeks and see how it develops or request a meeting with a speech pathologist that will evaluate his language skills and make specific recomendations. remember speaking is a complex skill that needs to be mastered during esarly childhood. be patient and attentive to him
