שלום. בת 40 סובלת מזה חצי שנה מריפלוקס(בקע סרעפתי) לא סבלתי מצרבות, התגלתה אדמומיות בצוואר. נוטלת סותרי חומצה אומפרזול במשך כשלושה חודשים פעם ביום. לאחר חודש וחצי הלוסק לא עזר ועברתי לתרופה אחרת מקומית (ארהב) שהקלה איתי אך לא פתרה את הכעיה וכן האומפרזול גורם לי לנשירת שיער משמעותית. כרגע קיבלתי יעוץ מרופא שאקח תרופה המכילה FAMOTIDINE במינון 40 מג בתחילה ולאחר מכן פעמיים ביום. מה דעתך על התרופה החדשה, האם בכלל מתאימה לריפלוקס? יש לי כאבים בבית החזה וכאבים די זמן ממושך בABDEMIN. התוצאות של הגסטרוסקופיה : there were esophageal changes suspicious for a very short segment less than 1 cm of barretts esophagus present in the lower third of the esophagus בצילום אקס ריי עם ברום הבחן את יכולת הבליעה בגרון ובושט נמצא כי preliminary image of the mediastinum is nurmal preliminary images of the neck show mild djd in the cervical spine and small osteophytes do indent the posterior wall of the cervical esophagus during swallowing preminary image of the abdomen show mild elevation of the right hemidiaphragm there is a small zenkers diverticulum measuring approximately 5 mm in size there is a small sliding hiatal hermia and moderate to marked ge reflux was seen during the examination at which point in time the patient complained of nausea there is mild fold thickening in the stomach raising the question of gastritis or hyperacidity duodenal bulb and duodental c loop appear normal as does the visulized proximal jejunum impression indentations on posterior wall of cervical esophagus from osteophytes in the cervical spine small zenkers diverticulum small sliding hiatal hemia with moderate to marked ge reflux question gastritis or hyperacidity אני אמורה לראות את הרופא בעוד חודש האם תוכל להסביר מה אומרות הבדיקות כן שמתי לב שהכאב בושט בבית החזה מחמיר לאחר שאני נוטלת ויטמינים ואף נעשה כאב ממושך. האם הכדור מתקשה לעבור דרך הושט? תודה
